Nigerian Police Dismiss  A Sergeant For  Allegedly Killing Undergraduate In Bayelsa According to Punch reports, the Police Command in Bayelsa State has dismissed a sergeant Timadi Emmanuel, who allegedly shot and killed Tariela Nikadae, a 20-year-old undergraduate of Petro-Chemical Engineering, Niger Delta University, Yenagoa. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that on Nov. 23, Sgt. Emmanuel, attached to a patrol team in Akenfa Division, while on patrol on Tenacious Road, Edepie, Yenagoa, allegedly shot Nikadae dead. JUST IN: President Buhari Reduces UTME And SSCE Forms Cost                                                                                      President Muhammadu Buhari Accord to reports coming from Punch,  President Muhammadu Buhari has reduced the cost of forms for some terminal examinations like the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, organised by the Joint Admission Matriculation Board, the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Examination Council, as well as the Basic Education Certificate Examination. This was revealed by the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, after the Federal Executive Council meeting in State House, Abuja. A Guard  Hangs Self On The Railing At Ekiti State Secretariat Over Dept     A 49-year-old night guard with Ekiti State Scholarship Board, Abolarin Olaoye, hanged himself inside the State Secretariat in Ado Ekiti, the state capital. The dangling body of the father of five and native of Igogo Ekiti in Moba Local Government area of the state was discovered on Wednesday morning when workers at the state secretariat resumed work. President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Maiduguri to declare open the Chief of Army Staff Annual Conference holding in Borno State.
