Halimafactor Community Initiative  Foundation Brings Humanity To Abuja IDP Camp.        ( Photos) The founder Halimafactor and some Donors Halimafactor Community Initiative  is an non governmental organisation  (NGO) , founded by Mrs Halima Usman. The NGO reach out to humanity through their various activities like medical care, support group and others. Presidet Buhari WAEC Result,  Presidency, and WAEC Fall Out.   WAEC Registrar and President Buhari   As we recalls on 2nd November 2018, WAEC, issued the president a new WAEC certificate comfirming he sat for the exams in 1961. would not have given him the document if he didn’t apply. It is only Buhari or a court that can ask for the results. There is no other person. So he asked for it –WAEC No, the President did not apply for the documents.
