They worked day and night to put food on the table and made sure I never lacked the necessary things in life.   "Today am returning that Favour. Two new rides for my favorite people in this world. Woman Tells Court My husband Sleeps With Me Once in Four Months,  Court A housewife, Sa’adatu Musa, on Monday, begged a Mararaba Upper Area Court, in Nasarawa, to dissolve her marriage to her husband, Dembe for allegedly denying her sex. Sa’adatu told the court that Dembe denies her sex, as he only has sex with her once in four months. She said that as a result of their inconsistent sexual life, she wasn’t getting sexually satisfied. Sa’adatu said that she married Dembe sometime in 2015 and that the union did not produce any child. She pleaded with the court to dissolve the marriage, saying that there was no longer love in the union. She said that nothing could bring them together again since he could not satisfy her sexual needs. The respondent, Dembe, however, denied the allegations. The judge, Mr Ibrahim Shekarau, adjourned the case until October 29 to allow the parties to settle out of court.

Supreme Court reinstates injunction order against Rivers APC congresses According to reports from Punch, the Supreme Court on Monday set aside the ruling of the Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt Division, which vacated a stay order made by a Rivers High Court against the conduct of All Progressives Congress congresses in the state. Delivering the ruling on the interlocutory appeal, Justice Centus Nweze held that the decision of the Court of Appeal was in error. Nweze said the lower court was compelled to be guided by the judgments of the apex court, adding that the panel had to follow the law before arriving on its decision. “This court is the highest and final court of decision in Nigeria. All other courts must abide by decisions from here. Wife o a Painter Delivers Conjoined Twins In Keffi  The woman with her conjoined twins   A painters wife named Ochinya Onya Maria, a housewife, has delivered a set of thoraco-omphalogus, conjoined twins, Daily Post reports.   Onya, a native of Otukpo LGA of Benue State, and her husband, a painter welcomed the bundle of joy through a Caesarian section at the Federal Medical Centre, Keffi, some days ago.   According to Dr. Mukhtar Yola, Chief Consultant Neontologist of the National Hospital, Abuja where the mother and her babies are currently admitted,   “Examination findings showed babies conjoined at the thorax and abdomen with a single umbilical cord. Other examination findings were normal. The current conjoined babies weight is 7.1h5kg. The babies were found to be conjoined with a ruptured omphalocoele, which was repaired. The gram also showed separate skeletal bones including thoracic cavity. Babies are being worked upon for subsequent separation.”   S

Policeman, Septuagenarian has Been Hacks to Death By a A Suspected Lunatic  The Ondo State Police Command on Sunday said it had arrested a suspected lunatic, popularly called  At all at all , in Tekunle village, in the Ondo East Local Government Area of Ondo State, for killing two people with a machete in the Ayeyemi area of the state. The two people killed by the lunatic were a policeman and a 75-year-old man, identified as Mr Olusegun Oyadele.  The identity of the deceased policeman had yet to be revealed as of the time of filing this report. Tension Builds Up in Kaduna As Govt Imposes Curfew  Kaduna State Governor Nasir el-Rufai it has reportedly that the Kaduna State Government has imposed a 24-hour curfew on the state capital and its environs to forestall a breakdown of law and order. Governor Nasir el-Rufai’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr Samuel Aruwan, said the curfew was with immediate effect. “A 24-hour curfew has been imposed on Kaduna town and environs. It is with immediate effect,” Aruwan said in a statement. Tension had enveloped the state following the communal clash at Kasuwan Magani in the Kajuru Local Government Area of the state. The police in the state claimed that no fewer than 55 persons were killed in the clash, while 22 suspects had been arrested. APC Chiefs Plotting his Removal: Oshiomhole  Adams Oshiomhole According to reports from Punch, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, on Sunday raised the alarm over what he described as a plot against him by unnamed party stakeholders. The alarm was sequel to news reports that some high-ranking party stakeholders including some close associates of President Muhammadu Buhari and some unnamed state governors were plotting to ease him out. Oshiomhole alleged that the stakeholders were mostly party members who were uncomfortable with his “positive” reforms. Minimum Wage, NLC, TUC and ULC Threaten to Begin Fresh Strike on Nov.6  NLC President, Mr. Ayuba Wabba According to reports from Punch, the Nigeria Labour Congress, the Trade Union Congress and the United Labour Congress have threatened to go on strike on November 6, 2018, if the Federal Government fails to take the plight of Nigerian workers more seriously. Specifically, the labour unions said if the upward review of the national minimum wage was not acceded to by the governors and the Federal Government, they would have no other option but to go on strike. In a statement jointly signed by the NLC President, Ayuba Wabba; the TUC President, Bobboi Kaigama; and ULC President,  Joe Ajaero, the unions lambasted the Federal Government for its decision to implement a ‘no work, no pay’ policy. The statement read in part, “If nothing is responsibly done by the Federal Government to meet our demands, on Monday, November 6, we shall embark on a nationwide strike to co
