  Ekiti Oja Oba Market Shuts  Ekiti Oja Oba market (Kings market) shuts down by the Governor Fayemi, order their refunds of money. According to reports by Punch, the Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has ordered the closure of the new ultramodern market in Ado Ekiti over alleged structural defects. The governor, according to a press release by his Chief Press Secretary, Olayinka Oyebode, took the decision following the inspection of the King’s market (Oja Oba). The new market was built by the immediate past governor, Ayodele Fayose, while a part of it had been allocated by him before leaving the office. But the statement said it was discovered during an inspection that the market complex was not ready for use because of structural defects. The statement added, “A structural evaluation of the complex shows that some considerable construction work would be required to fix the inherent structural defects which have made the building unsafe for use. “A

Nigerian Traders Shops In Ghana  Reopened The National Association of Nigerian Traders on Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, stormed the ECOWAS secretariat located in Abuja to protest the alleged closure of shops belonging to Nigerians in Ghana. Nigerian traders shops in Ghana reopened after it has been locked for three weeks, following the intention of the Nigeria Government.  According to reports Mr Chukwuemeka Nnaji, the President, Nigeria Union of Traders Association Ghana, has confirmed the reopening of hundreds of Nigerians shops shut in Ghana after three months. He told  News Agency of Nigeria  in Abuja via a telephone interview that Ghanaian authorities have reopened all the shops as of November 8. He said that reopening of those locked up shops followed the intervention of the Federal Government of Nigeria. El-Zakzaky Feeding: Nigerians Reacts To Lai Mohammed's Claim That N3.5m Is Spent Monthly  Lai Mohammed   The  Nigeria’s Information minister, Lai Mohammed, recently claimed that the government spends about N3.5 million monthly to feed Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, the Shi'ite group  leader who has been in detention   since 2015.   Following his claims on the amount of money used to feed El-Zakzaky, Lai Mohammed immediately began to trend on social media as Nigerians attacked him for "lying".   Twitter users feel the minister is a liar and should be cautioned to stop telling lies to Nigerians.   below are some of their reactions:

Face Of A Boy Who  Killed His Mother And Slept With Her Corpse For Money Ritual                                                                                    Samuel Akpobome A Boy of 18- Year- old named, Samuel Akpobome, has been arrested by the police in Edo State for allegedly killing his mother for money rituals, has explained how he committed the act. He told  PUNCH Metro  on Wednesday that he strangled the victim, Christiana Ighoyivwi, while she was asleep in her residence on Market Road, Ologbo, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of the state. Akpobome, who was paraded by the Commissioner of Police, Mr Johnson Kokumo, along with over 80 other suspects arrested for various offences, stated that he later had sexual intercourse with his mother’s corpse. He, who hails from Delta State and is the youngest child of the deceased, claimed to have acted on the instructions on an unidentified native doctor. He said, “I wanted to use her (Christiana) for money
